Rigor doesn't simply mean giving students more or harder work. Instead, it's the result of work that challenges students' thinking in new and interesting ways.
Rigor is creating an environment in which each student is expected to learn at high levels, and each is supported so he or she can learn at high levels, and each student demonstrates learning at high levels.
I am in need of parents during center time each day. Parents will unfortunately not be allowed in the classroom or attend field trips until they are fingerprinted and TB tested. Thank you in advance for taking the time to become an important part of your child's education.
